Senior Mechanical Engineer - Pro/Engineeer

The preferred candidate posses 5+ years of design experience focused on rapid prototype development through production deployment, proficiency in Pro/Engineer and a BSME/MSME degree.

Our engineering process emphasizes a thorough, analytical approach to problem solving coupled with design refinement through rapid prototype development. We strive to develop complete mechanical and electro-mechanical solutions by applying sound engineering principles.

Qualifications:

• BSME / MSME
• 5+ years of mechanical design experience, focused on rapid prototype development
• Fluently manage databases and model parts with the latest releases of Pro/Engineer and Windchill
• Apply a variety of mechanisms to solve design problems, from simple mechanisms to complex electro-mechanical systems
• Express ideas clearly through sketches and documentation
• Analyze forces and stresses in mechanical systems, manually and with automated FEA
• Create automated and manual assembly and test fixtures
• Develop test protocols to verify the soundness of mechanical designs
• Manage projects, teams, and vendors, both domestic and international
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and act as lead project manager and engineer.
• Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes frenzied environment.
